Our day-to-day property maintenance engineers are co-ordinated by fully trained operators at our call centre in Cheshire.

Our state of the art integrated business software system is designed to manage the job process from call logging / job scheduling through to completion and invoicing.

Once we have established the requirements for a particular job we will notify a relevant operative with the skills required to attend.

Property maintenance is usually carried out under a call out/booking basis and a schedule of rates as detailed in our prices section. Customers will be allotted an engineer/s for the next available appointment.

  SCOPE OF WORKS:
Building works including brick and block work, pointing, plastering, roof repairs etc.
General electrical work, gas/electrical certification.
General carpentry, windows, work surfaces, doors, bespoke woodwork.
Internal and external decorating work.
Plumbing, appliance installation, repairs, drain unblocking etc.
Garden tidy-ups/clearance, fencing and minor landscaping work.
Manpower to assist office moves etc.
Site clearance, manpower and equipment to remedy after travellers.
Emergency plumbing.
Emergency roof repairs.
Manpower supplied for all other works considered.

Travelling time and mileage may be chargeable subject to location of site
Discounts negotiated for clients with multiple sites and for pre-arranged service calls.
