For reactive maintenance and handymanpower services we charge a £10 attendance fee plus £15 per half hour and £15 for each half hour or part half hour thereafter. There may be an additional charge for travelling time dependant on your location but we try and group small jobs together to reduce travelling time and wastage.

Materials

The prices we quote are for labour only. To keep costs down some customers source their own materials but generally we supply them and charge the retail price plus some trade discount if applicable.

Payment

Many people enjoy the convenience of booking our engineers over the phone. Our office staff will discuss the works you require and give you an estimate of time for the works and therefore a guide as to the likely cost.

If this is agreed and we attend, on completion of the works to your satisfaction payment is taken by credit/debit card.

Payment is then taken on satisfactory handover of the project.

Commercial Accounts

Companies and landlords who wish to use us to take care of their everyday maintenance requirements can open an account with us. Invoices are to be paid strictly within 30 days.

Our Guarantee

If you are ever dissatisfied, Quinplex will repair free of charge defects in any workmanship performed, pursuant to a paid invoice/credit/debit card payment.

All materials remain the property of the company until full payment has been received
